Hi! My name is Cassandra, I’am a licensed cosmetologist who has been in the industry for the past 12 years. I’am a mother to my 6 year old son, my twins (boy & girl) and a wife to my husband who is also a hair dresser! Cancellation Policy
There will be a 50% cancellation fee for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Same day cancellation & No call-No show clients will be charged 100% of the service. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so during business hours in order to avoid cancellation fees. There is a 15 min grace period for showing up past the scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 15 mins late to your appointment it is possible that your service will have to be cancelled and rescheduled or “expressed” (no blowdry or styling) depending on what the stylist has time for.
